Buy from your local Authorized Valor dealer.

Valor dealers are very important for good customer service. Your local authorized dealer provides qualified installation and aftermarket service. It is the responsibility of the selling dealer to administer our warranty program and service. Other Valor dealers are not responsible for warranty and service of products other than those they sell and install. If you purchase from an out of state/province dealer - warranty and service may be very difficult for that dealer to provide.

Should you buy cash & carry over the Internet, you cannot be assured of a qualified, safe installation or aftermarket service. You may be left with hidden costs if the vendor is not able to properly install or service your fireplace. Please deal with your local authorized Valor dealer.
